Please read before you book

ONCE YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION, PLEASE SCROLL DOWN TO BOOK YOUR SESSION.

ENTRY FEES: 
Please note: we are now charging £2 per adult entry due to capacity limits we must follow.  This is due to us having an overwhelming number of adults attending in comparison to children’s numbers. No table reservations for standard session bookings.

• Children 5 months to 11 years old are £7.50 each. 

• Babies under 5 months who are not able to use the soft play facility remain free of charge.

• Adults’ entry fee is £2 each

We are now able to accommodate ALL (our) party packages – Indoor and Outdoor. (Subject to availability)

RULES OF PLAY:
Your booking is a confirmation of your agreement to Rainbow rules of play.

Please show respect to other customers and staff during your visit.

Please let staff know any concern you may have. (avoid any aggressive contact)

Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated. Guilty parties may be asked to leave.

IMPORTANT: All children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardian at all times. 

They must be supervised at all times, as Rainbow is not a kindergarten.

PARKING:
Please allow yourself time to park and wait, as there may possibly be a queue, before we are able to check you in for your session. We are located within a public park and the car park allocated has limited spaces as it's for communal use. We cannot be held responsible for any traffic that may occur. For alternate public parking spaces please click here.

We will appreciate if you arrive and leave on time especially during weekends and holidays to enable our staff to clean between sessions and open spaces for next session’s customers.

Please note that there may be a queue when you arrive.

FOOD & DRINK:

No food or drinks are allowed from outside, you may order all items from the current menu (we meet all allergens requirements, please ask staff). Last food orders 5:30 pm.

• Please order at the café with your table number.

BOUNCY CASTLE:

Access is included free of charge. Please note: this is a weather dependant facility. (Available weather permitting only). Bouncy castle will not be available if there are garden parties ongoing.

PHOTOGRAPHY:  

We may be taking photos throughout the day for our records and publicity.

You may only take photos and videos of your own child.
